Suzhou PAIDE Special Cable Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures specialty cable in Kunshan, Jiangsu. The company was founded as a manufacturing and R&D operation for moving cable — tethered drone, watertight, pipeline robot, ROV, inclinometer, sonar and drag chain constructions.

The company operates its own cabling, extrusion, screening and assembly lines, holds stock on the standard families, and works with research teams at Zhengzhou Aerospace Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Harbin Institute of Technology on construction and material development. More than one hundred invention and utility-model patents have been granted on cable structures and processes.
Export is a core part of the business: products are supplied to customers in more than forty countries and regions, with the company holding its own import and export licence.
