Product introduction
Application:
Inclinometer cable (also called geophysical cable) is used in geophysical exploration and for signal transmission in field work in the petroleum, hydropower, coal, metallurgy and engineering geology sectors. Geophysical cable can also serve as geological borehole logging cable, for measuring the dip angle and azimuth of boreholes and transmitting downhole logging signals.
Cable construction:
Conductor: stranded oxygen-free copper, flexible and corrosion resistant.
Tinned or silver-plated copper wire to CDE0295 Class6
Insulation: FE/TPEE
Shield: tinned copper braid / aluminium foil
Filler: lightweight aramid (Kevlar) fibre or steel wire as strength member (customisable, 100-1000kg)
Inner jacket: TPU (customisable)
Outer jacket: TPU, matt or transparent
Hardness: 90A, 95A
Temperature range: -35~90℃
Marking: every 0.5m (to customer requirement). Marking can be in two colours (every 0.5m and every 1m)
Marking material: copper marker, plastic marker or print under the transparent outer jacket
Graduation: laser printed
Specification: 4*0.3 outer diameter 6.0-6.8mm; 4*0.5 outer diameter 7.8-8.5mm
